Melanie uses her years of founding, leading, and guiding small businesses, corporations, and individuals to advise clients on their best path for success.
As a residential designer and feasibility analyst, her diverse experience as a real estate appraiser and chief analyst gives her unique insights into location, demographics, and highest and best use of projects.
As the solopreneur architect of Dynamikspace, 3.14DC and founder of Beam Experiences, Melanie’s design thinking has been a catalyst for change. And, now at Mixtup Studio, clients can take advantage of Melanie’s years of starting her own businesses and helping others.
